مسموح تفتحي الشحنة قبل الاستلام عشان تتأكدي ان كل حاجه تمام، لو مش حابة تستلمي او المقاس مش مظبوط ممكن ترجعيه للمندوب تاني مع دفع مصاريف الشحن
غير متاح الاسترجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب، الا في حالة وجود تلف في المنتج.
متاح استبدال مقاس او لون خلال يومين من استلام الاوردر بدون مصاريف شحن اضافيه.
القطعة لازم تكون مش ملبوسة ولا مغسولة، والتيكيت والشنطة موجودين، وفي نفس حالتها في حالة الاستبدال او تغيير لون او المقاس

You are allowed to open the package before receiving it to make sure everything is okay.
If you choose not to receive the order or if the size is not correct, you may return it to the courier, with shipping fees paid.
