Please note that the option to open the package at the door is no longer available, as shipping companies no longer provide this service.
We offer a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn, unused, and with all original packaging/tags intact.
Refunds take from 5 to 10 working days, so please be patient with us while the refund process goes through.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery charges of the exchange/ refund of your product.
Items on sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged unless they are defected.
